Gujarat Farmer Free Smartphone Scheme 2023:-

The government of Gujarat has launched Gujarat Farmer Free Smartphone Scheme. In this scheme, the farmer will receive a financial assistance of at least Lto purchase a smartphone. For the support of farmers the government will give a financial assistance of up to Rs.6,000 or the 40% of total cost of smartphone. The farmers can only but smartphone of Rs.15,000. Through the smartphone, the farmers will learn new techniques through various sites like YouTube, Google and they can connect to others farmers to learn new techniques. In Gujarat, there are many farmers who do not own any smartphone and has no access to learn variety of information about farming, weather, agriculture etc. The government of Gujarat has set a budget of Rs.15 crores for this scheme. Almost 25,000 farmers would get benefit of this scheme.

To apply or get benefit of any scheme, the candidate has to pass the eligibility standard given by government for that scheme. Below we have provided you the eligibility criteria to apply for Gujarat Farmer Free Smartphone Scheme 2023

• The applicant must be an permanent resident of Gujarat state.
• Applicant must have a domicile of Gujarat state.
• The main occupation of applicant should be farming.
• The maximum cost of smartphone should be not more than Rs.15,000.

Subsidy Amount given by Gujarat government for Gujarat Farmer Free Smartphone Scheme

• In this scheme, the farmer will receive a financial assistance of to Rs.6,000.
